Money Used in an Offer Should be Noted Somewhere

If I've made 5 M in offers on horses, that's not noted anywhere, so I'd have to hope I could go back and figure it out. Could we either have it automatically subtract or better yet, create an escrow account where money is temp transferred to a page that lists all horses we've offered on, and the money is returned if offer is rejected or we cancel it?
